Homecoming

Since the first time we stepped into Macon State, it felt like home. The love we were shown, the respect we were given, and the men we encountered felt like family. From the time we left in July, we knew we'd be back before the end of the year. As the end of the year crept, we set our dates; December 10-11th would be our homecoming. 

As we entered the facility, we saw familiar faces and beautiful smiles. We came to a congregation twice as big as our first crusade. Rumors about what happened during our first services permeated throughout the facility. People wanted to experience the services themselves. Thankfully, by the mercy of God, He came through. The altars were full, lives were changed, people were fed spiritually and physically, hygiene kits were given, and God was glorified. 

Prison ministry has been a life-changing experience. There's nothing to fear; God is there.
